We offer three beautifully presented static caravans at Cayton Bay Holiday Park, just a few miles south of Scarborough on the stunning Yorkshire Coast. Whether you're planning a family break, a couples' getaway, or a coastal walking holiday, Kestrel 40, Kestrel 21 and Kestrel 5 give you a comfortable home from home . Moments from the beach and fantastic transport links to Scarborough, Whitby and Bridlington via the bus which stops right outside the park, making it easy if you're travelling by train.
All our holiday lets are privately owned and personally managed, so you're dealing directly with us not a faceless booking platform from your first enquiry to check-out.

Kestrel 40 is our spacious 3-bedroom static caravan sleeping up to 6 guests ideal for families or groups wanting extra room to relax, with easy access to the park's coastal paths and beach.
Close to Scarborough, Filey, and the wider Yorkshire Coast and an excellent base for exploring the stunning North Yorkshire Moors, and exploring the local area It has a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living space to relax in after a day out, there is private parking for up 3 cars, an outside storage shed with washing machine which makes this van a Premium Holiday Home on a prime location on park.
It has a 47" Smart Fire tv, So never miss that sporting moment or a relaxing movie night. We also provide some complimentary drinks with an assortment of coffee pods for the coffee machine and plenty of tea varieties for your choosing.

Kestrel 21 is a fantastic spotlessly clean 3 bedroom static caravan, sleeping up to 6 guests on the beautiful Yorkshire Coast
Kestrel 21 has a lovely decking area, decking furniture and outside storage shed. It has a well equipped kitchen complete with air fryer, oven, hob and fridge freezer.
It comprises of 4 single beds and 1 double bed. 2 toilets and shower room.
The park is only a 10 minute walk from the beach.
Small pets are allowed in this van.

Kestrel 5 is a cosy 2-bedroom static caravan, sleeping up to 4 guests. A great fit for couples, small families or friends looking for relaxed base on the Yorkshire Coast.
Kestrel 5 has a beautiful south facing glass fronted decking area, with decking furniture and outside storage shed, a nice little utility room houses a washing machine and some storage area, with a well-equipped kitchen.
This holiday home is a centre lounge van with bedrooms at each end. Each bedroom has its own en-suite shower room and wc, one is a twin room and the other a double room.
Parking is communal parking close by.

From the moment of enquiry to the moment we arrived the communication was excellent! We stayed in Kestrel 5 and the location was perfect! 40 seconds walk to the clubhouse and entertainment area. The van itself was spotless with every additional need catered for! The bathroom was stocked with toiletries, the kitchen with every condiment imaginable, and the cleaning cupboard with an array of products. We also had a welcome gift pack of wine, chocolate and sweets for the children.
We are recommending this company to everyone we know for purely for the fantastic facilities, location and personal service provided by Graham and Michelle.

We had a lovely holiday in Cayton Bay, We were made very welcome both with the information we received and the welcome gifts when we arrived. The caravan was clean, cosy and extremely well equipped. I would definitely recommend this accommodation. It was the best self catering we had stayed in for years. The grandkids loved the toys especially the reindeer. Thank you Graham and Michelle.

We had fantastic stay at this caravan in Scarborough and we absolutely give it 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The caravan was cosy, very well equipped, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable during our stay. It was spotlessly clean. The location was perfect, very close to the entertainment area and just a short walk the beach, which made it ideal for relaxing days and fun evenings.
The owner was extremely interactive and helpful throughout the whole process. They provided all the instructions we needed before arrival and made everything very easy and stress-free.
Overall, a wonderful place to stay in Scarborough. We would definitely recommend it and we would come back again!

We stayed at Cayton Bay for the last 8 days @ 40 Kestrals. The place was amazing. Very comfortable and very well equipped with everything. My kids wanted to stay longer! Michelle and Graham sent videos of how to even find the mobile from the entrance. Made everything very simple. Graham was extremely helpful with anything we had questions on. Got back to us straight away. Nothing was a problem for him. Will definitely return in the future. Can’t wait 🙌 and thanks again.
